The birth of Parthenope
We have tried to bring her back to life,back to us and to the intimacy of our daily lives, but no through the banal stereotype. Here. As with our labyrinths, we have flipped the image of the mythological persona, onto the human body, with new awareness. The word Parthenope - no longer does the mind jump to the name of restaurants and hotels, but rather to a mysterious creature that demands to be heard, given justice. Rebellious siren, reborn to demand recognition of her true nature - beauty, wisdom and love.

Sirens
A siren is but a metaphor for a wish
Wander along the coastline of Possilipo, Massa Lubrense, Jeranto, Punta Licosa or Capo Palinuro to sight them, there they are, the three sisters, Parthenope, Leucosia and Lygea. We welcome them to us, paying them due homage. They wish to forgive us for our accussations, time immemorial, of the most heinous crimes against poor , inexperienced sailors.
The Diver
The frescoed tomb of the diver was one of the last findings in the acheological excavations in Paestum. A wonderful silhouette inspiring the work of sculptor Bruno Galbiati and then, in the hands of Asad Ventrella, a jewel, that dives down into the body of its wearer.
